RECOVERY SYSTEM

EE21 is a revolutionay wastes processing system enabling various kinds of wastes to be turned into valuable resources without emitting dioxins and carbon dioxide aiming at the ultimate zero emission through the utmost recovery of reusable materials from wastes worldwide patents pending.

FEATURES

1. No dioxins carbon dioxide generated. No oxides are synthesized under no oxygen atmosphere during the decomposing process in the pyrolysis furnace.

2. Efficient recovery of resources. Metals and carbons are efficiently recoved by noncombustive low temperature pyrolysis under no oxygen dried atmosphere with practically no ashes generated

3. Minimum remnants to be discarded. By products are thoroughly processed by scrubber/neutralizer,oil separator and filter,etc.,connected with the pyrolysis furnace.

4. Simple compact and rugged equipment. Simple and compact structure with limited movable parts assures durability and saves installation space. Furthermore no funnel is needed.

5. Versatile application. Different kinds of wastes are readily processed by adjusting operating conditions with minimum alteration.

6. Flexible capacity. Quantity of wastes to be processed can be adjusted by number of batch operation per day,in each available small to large capacity equipment.

7. Easy safe and automatic operation. Mild operating conditions low temperature and normal atmospheric pressure)assure easy,safe and fully automatic operation.

8. Overall reliability and economy. This system is superior to others,in view of initial cost,running cost,maintenance cost,rate of operation and durability of equipment,etc.

 

APPLICATIONS

Pretreatment may be required for wastes with high liquid content.
